What is the origin of  the organic  dried mango Amelie ?

The sun ripe Mango fruits are harvested in Ivory Coast, peeled and dried in strips, in a small scale agribusiness project.

What makes our Organic Dried Mango special?

Our Organic mango has no added sugar, e- numbers, preservatives etc. just 100% Organic Mango.

We sell the variety “Amelie”which is juicy, slightly sour and at the same time sweet – Due to the mild drying in the oven at a low temperature ( under 50C), the aroma is well preserved.

You can use dried mango in muesli,  salad or even curry. Tip: If you like your dried mango super tender, just soak it in lukewarm water for 25-30 minutes. You can use it then in shakes and other dishes.

How to store Dried Organic Mango?

Keep the dried organic mango in a air tight container, away from humidity, heat and sunlight.

Avoid food spoilage: the “best before date” is just an indication. You should not throw away food just because it has passed the best before date. Check it yourself, smell, taste and decide for yourself if food is good to eat.
